Refund Policy

ALLBUY offers refunds or replacements only in cases where products are:

  • Damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers are required to inspect the product upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Improper use of the product
  • Damage caused after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage

Approved refunds will be processed as replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
